Sunday at 9 a.m. When I got on a train, there was nobody.
→ 電車（でんしゃ）が「ガラガラ」でした。
その後（ご）、電車（でんしゃ）を降（お）りて、歩（ある）き始（はじ）めると、車（くるま）も通（とお）っていませんでした。
After getting off the train and start walking, I found that no cars on the road.
→ 道（みち）も「ガラガラ」でした。
「ガラガラ」means there is (almost) nobody or (almost) nothing in the space.

“Always nobody is in that restaurant because that place isn’t delicious.”
