「料理を作ることよりも、見映え（みば）え良く盛（も）りつけたり、詰（つ）めたりすることの方が、ずっと難しい」というのが、私の持論（じろん）です。

This is my opinion that “serving or arranging dishes nicely is much more difficult than making delicious dishes.”

特に、難易度（なんいど）が高いのは、お節（せち）料理を重箱（じゅうばこ）に詰める作業（さぎょう）だと思っています！

Especially putting OSECHI (Japanese traditional New Year’s dishes) into the tiered box is “MAX difficulty level” I believe!!

お恥（は）ずかしい報告（ほうこく）ですが・・・以下は、2019年のお正月の写真です。

I’m ashamed to say this…but the photo below is my OSECHI in 2019.

わたし

隙間（すきま）があって、淋（さみ）しい感じ・・・。なんでこうなるの！？ There is weird space and it’s poor looking. How come!?

何よりも悲（かな）しかったのは、詰め方がキマラナイと、料理がおいしそうに見えないことです。

The most saddest thing is that the dishes don’t look delicious if the serving is bad.

一生懸命作ったのに・・・。

I did my best, though.

あまりに悔（く）しかったので、「詰め方を考えなくていい」お重箱を探すことにしました！

I was so disappointed that I decided to search the tiered boxes no need to think about how to arrange the foods.
